At Monte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty rituals; if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original Monte packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and including the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
